If you mean are there any new options for 2021 models, nope. The only difference is they are shipped with arch/fender guards (to meet EU regulation). I (as many others) have taken these off though because they're ugly.

Actually, the US models don't have those.

My car came with them and I did not select them as an option when ordering it. I too will probably have them removed.

It's worth doing. It looks better (IMO) and they also tend to collect crap. That said, be prepared to spend a long time taking them off as the PPF that is between the plastic arch and the bodywork is a right ***** to remove. I spent a couple of hours armed with a bottle of sticky stuff remover.

Can you leave the PPF there, or does it look bad?

You can leave it, they don't look terrible. I do my own detailing and it often will collect the wax at the seam and that does look bad. Honestly, I'll probably have a pro do it.

I would not leave the PPF there no, it looks out of place. It's not designed to blend in like expensive PPF (or the PPF used on the rear fender from factory), only provide a protection barrier. If you're going to remove the plastic you have to remove the PPF strip underneath as well.

As above suggests, either have a pro do it or be prepared to spend an afternoon. It's not exactly impossible, but patience is required

Good news! My car arrived at the dealer today, and it doesn't have those silly wheel flares on it!

Thanks! I don't think so, I think they are shooting for Friday. I told them not to touch it, I want to do the prep myself. I'm very anal about the finish, and don't want them to cause swirl marks, lol

Thanks! I'm sure I will see you around sometime (I'm from Lake Grove). I'll say hi if I see your car. They are not too common around here.

My MY21 M2C hit the dealership today and it also does NOT have the ugly rubber fender things. So it seems safe to say U.S. market MY21s are NOT getting these.

Congrats! Our cars are twins.
I have seen some people in the US that reported the wheel flares on their cars unfortunately. I'm not sure why, I haven't figured out which have it and which don't.
