You could try muffler delete and just get some nice tips. If you leave the resonator in and stock DP it shouldn't be too loud. The N55 sounds very nice without muffler.

Once I had more money available I got a full catback system but that initial set up was fantastic for how little it cost.
If I could do it all over again this is what I'd do. Muffler doesn't add any hp and while I do like the look and sound of my Dinan, I don't think it was worth the price.

I bought it used for less. There are others that come up in the classifieds I saw a M performance one in the classifieds the other day.

Pull the fuse out so that the standard exhaust has the flap open all the time - costs nothing and the car sounds great!

DO NOT GET THE M PERFORMANCE EXHAUST.

With some time it'll crack and the rattles will drive you crazy. I've already replaced 3 under warranty in 1 year, and now looking for a refund as this is complete garbage.

I have never seen the flap close. I thought it was broken but apparently its a thing.
