The front bumper of the OG, much more colour options for the exterior, at least another colour option for the interior, the same leather for the front and back seats, the MP carbon fenders, and a 6 cyl. engine that sounds like one. And no massive exhaust muffler.

I think M did a pretty good job with the M2CS. I'm not in the market, but if I had not just purchased an M2C, I would have considered the CS if it was offered without the front splitter or rear wing (e.g. stock) and a silver or gray wheel choice.
