What do you mean "W"? Wallenius Wilhelmsen?

Are you saying there is a chance that the scanned car data just wasn't sent out and we could see them pop up once they get to VPC?

Yes, and yes. I've been told it can take a few days for system to update when going from port to boat.

Boats arriving on Dec 7, 12, 15, 16, and 2x 20th in Brunswick and they stop in Baltimore prior.

Departing between Nov 20th and Dec 6. I'm unsure if all stop in Baltimore.

Has anyone seen lease rates yet? If so, can you share? I have one dealer that is saying there is no residual and therefore no lease available. I smell bull...

I bet it's not in the system yet like the finance rates. Technically you can't even apply for financing on the bmw website at the moment.

Edit: Of course right after I say this and go look on the website and it is now listed.

Edit 2: 0.9% is listed as the rate when applying on BMW NA. I'm trying to contact my SA to get locked in.

My SA sent me the below email in reference to my M2 CS order:

"I confirmed the finance rates through BMW. For super elite clients .9% for 60 months and 1.9% for 72 months. In addition they are doing 90 day finance approvals for a temporary period. "

I think he means the residual is very low, he should be more clear. the buyout is around the same amount as the m2 comp, and the lease payment is a lot more than the comp. they depreciate the car around 65%.

My CA got back to me on lease rates and said residual is 35% (i.e. what I Epic I said) and money factor is .00122. That's for 36 months and 10,000 miles per year. I didn't know a residual that low was even possible.

Hopefully someone else posts something more encouraging, but this is what I was told. I hope I'm wrong.

Do you think you can beat 0.9 from BMWFS?

No kidding. The 0.9% for 60mo is legit. Can be applied for right on the website. 1.9% for 72. I'm unsure what their "super elite" credit score would require.

I just submitted an application online for 0.9% for 60 months, and it allowed me to select the 2020 M2CS. Should have an approval tomorrow.

Good stuff. I'm supposed to get a call from the dealership tomorrow so that they can finally run my info. We've been holding out for the 0.9 confirmation.

The 8k must be dealer policy to hold the car. Never had BMWFS approve anyone for the buy rate but then require down payment at time of lock.

Anyway, congrats on the lock. .9% is great

Didn't quite state that correctly. Not a payment to lock the rate. When it comes to signing day, any less than $8k down will result in a higher rate. Only have a deposit down to hold the car.

Very happy with the .9%!

Does BMWFS require a min % of purchase price down payment to get the 0.9% financing? Never financed with BMWFS before.

My dealership did not for the x5, but we also had a trade with equity. . It could be that some dealerships will only qualify buyer's up to a certain amount. Maybe base price of car, but not taxes and fees? Could be based on income, credit rating, etc. The dealership hadn't mentioned any down payment required.

Where are you guys seeing the 0.9% rate for the M2 CS? It is not listed here (M2C and M4CS shows eligible for 0.9%) Need to point to my dealer something solid so he can grant it (my credit score is on the 800s so pretty much assured I qualify for the best rates, and want to ensure the dealership is not marking the rate up on their end)

it appears all 2020's on the list are .9
all 2021's are 1.9

the M2cs is a 2020 but is not listed.

it would be something else if BMW said "all 2020 models except the M2cs can have .9%."
