What did I break?
I drove over a road with a broken concrete slab that jutted up and hit under my M2C. Behind the driver's side front tire, I had the damage shown in these pics. The black pieces (sitting on the notepad) fell off exposing part of the undercarriage.

Of all the things to break, this is the best thing to happen. Non-mechanical, doesn't affect your drive, non-urgent. Lots of options for replacement. You don't even need to go to the dealer for this. Breaking this off instead of scraping the metal or plastic body is ideal.
