Staggered Track Set Up

I am thinking about getting another set of track wheels. I have a competition and I don’t plan on changing the brakes to fit an 18” wheel. I currently have Apex 19x9.5 ET28 square set up and have been running 275/30 tires. I have always gotten uneven tire wear like the Nankang AR-1 thread and am thinking a 275 is too wide for that rim. So do I just get another set of the 9.5” wheels and run a 265 or 255 square or should I try staggered and get a set of 10.5” for the rear?

Also is it an issue to replace just the front or rear tires without the other axle? I am thinking if I had 2 sets of tires the uneven wear of the staggered set up would not be an issue. I would just be buying more fronts than rears.

ar1 would have to be in a 275/35 which you wouldn't be able to fit in the front anyway
