Looking for a CS 6speed

I am looking to go from my f80 zcp to a manual m2cs. Looks like ADM is about $10k from everyone I have reached out to on autotrader. Is that about right? A friend somehow got one for msrp in Atlanta. If anyone has anything they know about with a lower mark up, I'd love to hear about it. TIA

Try posting in it and best of luck! Location matters with ADM it appears, so depending on your location, it may be tough to find one at MSRP

You can check the thread and kilter, but I think all 6 remaining manuals are ADM.
You can try the Tom Hesser car - might still be available at/below MSRP

You may also want to look at the used CS listings - last I looked, there were 3 or 4 Manual CS' available.

You are about 2 months late. There were cars available at MSRP, or even discounted (mine was). Pretty much every dealer that wanted to sell their CS's has, the few left, are looking for the "right guy" to pay their ADM.

With that said, never say never, and be sure to pick up the phone, and call the dealers with one still.

There are 6 manuals listed at MSRP on Autotrader, 2 of them at BMW of Alexandria. Whether or not they are still available or if they will honor the listed price is another story.

I came from an F80 ZCP as well, and I'm certain you won't be disappointed if you can find one. Good luck.

I only see one used one under MSRP with 478 miles in Central Texas and 6 new ones that have pictures on Autotrader and still listed as new. You might consider posting in the classifieds section of Bimmerpost with a Want to Buy ad, as well.

Keep checking the classifieds here too. This one was available a couple days ago. Great spec and he invested a ton of money into it and was asking for MSRP so the car was decently discounted.

I went to Cargurus and found 9 MT and 20 DCT. Could be BS, but some of them are at MSRP.
Start going to their websites direct to see if they're still available and then start dialing....fast.
Two in California are listed over $100K.

I spoke to this guy a month or so ago. They were out of cars, getting two in, and quoted me $5k over.

It's the principle for me, even though I think it is worth it. Luckily I snagged the spec I wanted at MSRP.

There are bound to be a few people less enthusiastic about their purchase than those of us on the forum and sell their car. Especially those with tons of cash to move to a 911 or other exotic, maybe even a G8X. But with the limited numbers you'll have to stay on top of it, and the more time that passes the harder it will be to get a clean CS.

I contacted them a few days back and they told me it's sold. Not sure why it's still up.

Not sure if you reached out to the PA dealer I mentioned, last I heard it was still available and they will do a discount. Even if the car has a story behind it, it's still a new car.
