Serious as a heart attack! I could just see a cool little round fob in the shape of the rondel. My M fob should be like a little piece of jewelry. Make the others weep with jealousy!! I liken it to the metal Amex Platinum card, it may not be Platinum but when you hand it over buying something people notice the weight. Kind of a fun little surprise. I know, first world problem....

I have to admit I was taken back by how big the fobs are. I thought VW/Audi ones were on the large side but these are pretty big and they have a cheap hollow feel. Ford can do them nice and small so I'm not sure why they need to be this large.

Tougher to misplace?
I'd never want starting the car to depend on my phone. Phone batteries die....a lot. At least mine does. I guess you could charge it in the car....oh, wait.

https://f30.bimmerpost.com/forums/sh....php?t=1331334 Love it. Much thinner which makes it more comfortable to keep in your pocket and a bit heavier which makes it feel more refined and expensive. The OEM plastic keys are a joke in comparison. They look and feel like little plastic footballs. Last edited by AndrewC1989; 07-13-2018 at 04:10 PM.. |
