No I have a 330d for daily duties. The M2 is my fun car just for weekends, Euro trips and Nurburgring.

Great video and driving!

Is there a reason he says Toyo 888's were worse than the Contin SportContact 3's?

Yes, after one lap the R888 were too hot so can only drive one lap at a time and then after 12 laps they were finished. They aren't really designed for heavy cars.

Yes, the e92 M3 is awesome, but only with coilovers, big brakes and sticky tyres.

1. Nice job wearing the helmet - smart.

3. That poor M3 owner...

Enjoyed watching Moran drive. Excellent driving. Absolutely agree with how he handled the M3... approach, respectfully let them know you are there. Then let them know you are faster , and if they don't move then get in their trunk!

Very insightful comments on the M2 vs M4 and the M4 being so long (wheelbase) that it is not as playful.

LOL at Moran saying " I love this car " while driving it .. I say that all the time on track in my 1M!

@Advevo has thrown down some nice laps that I have seen.

You know what makes me car sick.. seeing the steering wheel bounce back and forth because the electric steering gives up and resets.

God damn i love the mechanical steering in the 1M.

Can't quite see in the video if there is a DSC lamp on, did he do the lap in full DSC on/Sport+/Traction mode?

Only moment I could see really was when the car jumped out of the mini carousel, where it might have caught the DSC system out and required more of the driver to correct.

Moran is of the opinion that left foot braking slows you down....why brake when you don't need to brake at all?
