Did anyone catch the wheel specs? Width and offset? Tires are 265 285.

Also the go fast bits are what 7K? That's reasonable. It's warrantied by Dinan

On Dinan's site, it says "Spring rates are nearly 18% stiffer in front and 5% stiffer in the rear." How is the ride "softer"?

Spring(coil) rate dictates amplitude of body roll. Damping(shock) dictates how fast body rolls.

They work together as a coilover system to make a firm or soft ride.

Something people don't seem to get when they literally ruin their BMWs by installing lowering springs and nothing more. Thank you for this clarifying point.

I lowered with Eibach springs. Didn't "ruin" anything.

Exactly.. Stiffer usually does not mean softer. If one had a 18% stiffer erection would it be softer?? ?

Agreed but the kit seems to use the stock shocks, so that is a constant and if springs are stiffer ...

Not hating on S2 love the idea, just trying to understand.

9.5" et 31mm c/w 265/30/19 tyres lowered on Dinan springs w/o spacers or camber plates ? No rubbing ??

I ask I've read lots of folks saying 265/30 on oem 9" front wheel is an issue on lowered cars on std top plates for inner strut clearance yet Dinan setup has inner face ~ 8.5mm closer to strut.

Just installed the Dinan Coilovers and Carbon Fiber intake. Wow! The intake is incredible. Makes a huge difference, and sounds amazing!!

And the coilovers....love the look and it now sticks to the road. Definitely tighter, and much less roll. But still fine for daily driving.

More upgrades to come. Would love to get the big turbo, but that will come later.
