I don't even know what to say at this point I have the weirdest issues with this car... It just fell off today while I was swapping wheels...

It appears the car backed into something and broke the pipe at the weld point.
Look at the tip next to it.

I've been pretty strict with keeping my car as OEM+ as possible but the exhaust was something I just refused to compromise on and I'm glad I went aftermarket. Super unhappy with the quality and design of the MPE. This just adds to the long list of complaints I have about it.

They should replace it. I had a rattle in my exhaust and they replaced the whole muffler, no questions asked.

Wanted to update this - BMW of Grapevine replaced the whole system under warranty for me! Highly recommend y'all go to them for service in the DFW area.

Yikes. Was it still under warranty though (Car and/or exhaust?). Wondering what they'll do for a car out of warranty.

Lol they should, but knowing my dealer they probably would give me a hassle and try to just repair it with crap welding.

It's amazing to me how the BMW experience itself can be so different from dealer to dealer. Luckily I rarely go to the dealer, and when I do, the guy is absolutely cool as hell.
