What seat protectors do you have there? And do they work?

It didn't kick down to 7300. It went down to 4000 or so but I kept it floored and finally decided to shift at 7300. Is our red line really 7300?

There's actually a decent amount of room for 2 car seats; I'm coming from a 335 sedan. Major difference is there is NO room for even the tiniest person in between the seats. Sure, ingress and egress is a bit more challenging with a coupe, but honestly it is a rare occasion that I drive around both kids

I believe the brand is "Lion Heart"; you can buy them anywhere and there are other companies that make similar products...

As a whole, they work very well. Depends on the type of car seat. For boosters, it works flawlessly. On my 335, after 3 years, NO marks left on the seat. My other seat is a front facing child seat, which utilizes the latch system and requires itself to be really "strapped" down. After 3 years, that seat left indentations on the back rest part of the rear seat, and I probably could have avoided that with an additional towel in between the car seat and the rear seat (there's a small portion not covered by the Lion Heart seat protector).

Almost as important is a guard they make for he back of the FRONT seats. Because as you may or may not know, kids LOVE to kick the seats in front of them!

I took it in for first customary service. Dealer up on black kidney grills. Then they gave her a hand wash. I have to admit I'm pleased with my dealership.

http://technicpnp.com/

Site claims to be under construction, but use the form to contact the seller who is pretty quick to respond.

Here is the M235 related thread which shows how the cable is installed.

Look wise, I really like it; the open CF matches the rest of the interior trim...

It's a bit shorter than stock, so it "feels" like the throws are a bit shorter. Others here have mentioned it feels cheap; well, it is lighter than the stock knob, so perhaps they have a point.

I personally like the shape of the MP knob (more cylindrical than stock); it's very similar to the one I have in my S2000. That's why I got it

Any chance you could take a side-by-side profile photo of the two? Would love to see how the shapes compare. Thanks!

Sorry, I already installed the new one. But I found this on the Internet. Granted it's not the CF knob, but the dimensions are the same. It's a bit shorter, and more slender...
