I remember the Minichamps custom model thread! Was quite impressed how customised Max would take each model. Yours looks very faithful. Still have my model, but kept the real deal as well.
Yeah, that would be a bitter pill to swallow to pay a premium for more mileage, but it does look well cared for. Hope it goes to a good home. |

To be honest, if I didn't have a 6MT now, would be tempted. One thing not mentioned in the add, is that it has the Genuine SSK and Wagner intercooler that I installed. |

Try this thread for some advice. I also have the bmwp ssk lever for n54 in my 1M and it feels fantastic, but unfortunately it was discontinued as of a few years ago. Will have to go aftermarket or try used. |

1M buyers in the used market can be a strange bunch. They are generally averse to modified examples when purchasing, then carry out the exact same mods once they pick one up. I'm not surprised it wasn't mentioned in the ad.

If you 6MT owners haven't done so already, CDV delete combined with SSK makes a big difference. You can also go down the more solid gearbox bushings rabbit hole, but this has the trade off of more NVH.

The Clutch Delay Valve (CDV) is something BMW puts in place to limit the flow of hydraulic fluid to the clutch, supposedly to minimize stress to the components. It was introduced around the same time BMW began offering included service that covered clutches.
It does make the clutch take-up/engagement somewhat unpredictable and sluggish at times, making for a sometimes jerky ride. I would replace with a modified valve that has the internal pin hole opening bored out rather than delete completely. 100% reversible mod. Sorry Zuzu for the thread tangent. |

Stunning, looks well maintained.
I should have bought my ex-colleagues 1M Coupe (same colour) back in mid 2014. It holds value so well that can easily beat inflation (if not put into other type of assets lol), and of course, all in addition to the raw fun to drive it
