763M M Performance fresh from the dealership

Decided to go this route vs an aftermarket wheel, really happy with them, and love the “M PERFORMANCE” stamping on the lip, adds a neat little touch letting you know they are lightweight and mean business

Will just throw on to see how they look, but will continue to run the stock 788M’s for main duty to keep those Pilot Sport Cup 2’s on the 736’s for special occasions! Problem is they look so good, I may need to sell the 788’s and get another set of 763’s with a street tire! Oh man!!!

Mind sharing the dealership price? Curious as to how dealer prices stack up against getbmwparts.

Put the tires from the 788s on the 763s and sell the 788s (while keeping the Cup2 for said special occasions).

To be fair, the only time the Cup 2 don't work well is in winter, so go have fun with the combination of Cup2 and 763M now, and run the 788s as your winter wheels (possibly with some cold weather tires)

+1 to using the 788 as the winter / off season tires. I picked up my 763m from getbmwparts for ~$3200 before I even got my F87 and have since been running them with PS4S. Planning on slapping winter tires on the 788s that came with the car. I agree the 763s do look stunning though, it's how I ended up with a pair before even picking up the car 😉

Dealer “LIST” is $6,070, what they actually would sell to you for I cannot say, guessing some stick strictly to list like any other part, guessing some will play with the price a bit depending on one’s relationship with the dealer.

It does not break it down on a dealer invoice, but if math’ing it out, at list price, buying all separate, it breaks down:
Wheels $4,620
Center caps $74
TPMS sensors $464.48
Tires (current TireRack pricing) $1,726.20
Let’s assume $100 to Mount and balance
TOTAL $6,984.68

So at list, buying it as the package saves someone $914.68, pretty good!

No winter duty here, the M2 is stored in winters, will never see salt/snow, etc!

My other fun car on one set of wheels (from factory) came with Cup 2’s, and on a 2nd set of factory wheels I have Toyo R888R’s on those.
The Cup 2, is very in need of being warmed up for good performance, not happy being rolled out on a 50 degree late September morning until it has some temp in it….assuming not just “normal” driving anyway!

Except getbmwparts has the same set for $5195 + $265 shipping

That’s cool, so shipping and tax at your local dealer would be about a wash (since they don’t charge shipping)……sounds like you may be in/or already have been in the market for some, I’m guessing you could show that to your dealer and see if they want the revenue at reduced margin, if yes great, keep that local relationship, if no, you got the web site you mention.
