Searching for the right Winter tires

Hello,
This is my first winter with my BMW M2 and I've started searching for a winter tire in order to daily drive my car during winter.
I live in Greece so I'm not concerned about snow that much but would like to be able to play if it snows 1 or 2 times. I want good handling in rain because we have a lot of rain here during winter.
I was looking at the Hankook Winter i cept evo3. Can anyone review this tire or has something else to recommend?

Michelin PA4 or whatever the newer equivalent is in Europe. Might be Pilot Alpin 5.

The Michelin or Pirelli performance snows are both great.

I've run on the Pirelli snows or a version of these on my 3 M cars, and various other RWD cars over the last 20+ years...

I just ordered some Michelin Alpin PA4's to put on this coming winter. Not sure how accurate this is, but I've heard they drive similar to Pilot Super Sports on dry roads, but also handle pretty well in light snow and wet roads. Excited to try them out as I've never had winter tires on a car.
