Unhappy LCI gaugle cluster Speedo needle below zero

Hello as the title states on my 2018 m2 the speedo needle is resting below zero.

This happened after I opened it up to adjust the tach as its a canadian car and the person who imported replaced the insert poorly.

However, now I am having this issue.

Is there away to reset the position?

I've tried doing it manually but when the car is started the needle sweeps to below zero.

when the car starts up at ignition, do you see all the needles turn all the way clockwise before resetting back to its original position? It is a standard test procedure all cars do on startup.

If not, you likely need to recalibrate it or replace the gear.

Well I figured it out if anyone else ever has this issue.

You just turn the needle counterclockwise till you feel resistance then keep going and set it at the 0 position
