This is what happens when you're eagerly awaiting the delivery of you M2 and all you can do is read the owner's manual in the meantime. Guess it paid off in the end!

one press makes it go full on, full gauge sweep. The next press if fully off. The ignition system iirc is much different on the F series vs. the E series.

I don't think the fuel is a problem at all, as with no boost the car won't even realize it. Driven like a regular car for a tank will cause you no issues. In fact, it might do you some good to drive the car normally just for a tank, that way when you're able to really drive it hard after filling up with 93 you get to experience how fantastic boost is all over again.
