People lament BMW but they are still building small, RWD, 6 cylinder coupes in a sea of bland 4 cylinder turbo's. Although in my dream world there are no emissions standards, and the S55 is a bored and stroked 3.6L S54 with direct injection, an 8K RPM redline and 400HP. |

Interesting take - my thought was after all the comments about the CS being potentially too much of a "handful" it was good to see it not taking a lot of inputs etc. Seeing the Porsche requiring more correction etc made me feel like the CS can be run very tidy if needed. Seems like you can run a variety of "personalities" with the CS depending on what you want out of it, or how you drive it.

The shorter the wheelbase, the faster things happen as well. Those two things are pretty immutable. Now, how sensitive the throttle is, how the power is delivered etc, will determine how controllable that rear end will be, but it doesn't change that the rear is going to be a slave to the throttle.

I would love to have that CF roof. Loosing 20 pound off of the roof is always a good thing. I do have a question about the durability of CF roofs given that they are coated with resin. If you are lucky to have the car always garaged that's great. What happens when the CF roof is exposed to FL or AZ sun on a daily basis with bird droppings sprinkled in? Is the resin as durable as paint after 20 years?

Supposed to be July and August at latest.
I've finally decided to go black with gold wheels after much debate and wanting to love Misano blue. I just can't sem to get on board. I think the black is stellar with black wheels and sold wheels. I need a bit of flare, so going with gold. I figure I could always change the gold color, but it might be more difficult to go the other direction. https://f87.bimmerpost.com/forums/sh....php?t=1733746 |

Why do think this is your officially unofficial color choices? 🤣🤣🤣 Interesting that the OP in link you referenced expected PS4S and got PSS. Not the end of the world, but I definitely prefer PS4S over PSS ///AVM |

I actually might see about playing with tire pressure in colder weather to see how they heat up. |

HS with black wheels would be my choice if I decided to replace my M2C with the CS. I know there's a lot of HS out there, but I absolutely love the color. And as my daily Golf R is black, I really really don't want another black car haha I love how it looks for about 3-5 minutes after a wash

Howdy, I've just signed up having booked in for an M2cs here in HK to check out the lay of the land.
Wow. I've learnt a lot about buying to sell; porsches; bmw diy and cow udders! So for my first post here I can peg some Hong Kong m2cs numbers your way: HK allocation (according to my sales fella) : 5 HK price : 1498000 hkd (790930 ex tax) All HK m's are Euro-spec as far as I know. |

Wow, that's approximately 200,000 USD? AU price is : $160,000 (incl tax/on road) AUD (approx 110,000 USD). Looks like we actually get it pretty good over here in comparison
