Wait till you hear it with the M2 ///M Performance Exhaust in "Track Mode" or with the Akrapovič exhaust (rumored for release late Spring).

Also in the beginning there were 3 more stationary start up M2 exhaust sound videos. Now I see is one video.

I don't think so. The "farts" are triggered by super fast upshifts. I don't think that a person is able to shift as fast as a dual clutch with a manual single clutch.

One reason why I'll order DCT instead of manual is "I LOOOVE the farts". It just sounds badass and race car like. Listen to the new RS3 when it "farts/shoots" awesome!!!!!! This is why I f***** love dual clutch transmissions. They shift so fast that they have to fart Last edited by The Prodigy; 01-27-2016 at 10:21 AM.. |

What is the technical differences that causes these cars to make that sound when shifting fast via DCT? I'm hoping it's not emissions related compremises... |

You'll need to have these handy after you get the car. One tablet in the tank with every fill up should do the trick.

Sounds good for sure, although, I must say it sounds run of the mill good. As bad as many say the F80 sounds ...it sounds like nothing else, that's for sure.
