First BSM M2 with 19" 437M wheels

why am I not excited?

I know its an M car but it doesn't exude M-ness?

chrome trim is a mistake. Purely a design decision to keep the chrome for some reason.
I don't see how it could be a cost issue.

why does it feel like it's on it's tippy toes?

Chromeline is only an option in Europe, and I'm sure a vast majority won't get it. Also the lighting is really dull so you can't really see any of the design elements, especially since this car is black

Is that the standard tint on the rear windows? If so its perfect for my liking and I'll want to have a slightly lighter tint on the door windows. Say 55 to 45 ish.

No, that is the optional rear tinted windows from BMW. Over here in Europe you can spec tinted rear windows and rear glass - as an option. It is against the law to have front tinted windows in most EU countries.

Chromeline is standard window trim on EU cars. Shadowline trim is optional.

Thanks for the clarification on the windows. I looked at my build sheet and did not see any option for the windows so its not standard or optional equipment in the US. So I'll go 40% rear and 50% front from my favorite tint shop.

At least in Germany, Shadow Line is standard and Chrome Line is a no-cost option.

Thanks for sharing as the BSM looks awesome on the M2.

My 1M in VO was the first non BSM or black BMW I have purchased in the last 25 years.

Will definitely have BSM as my first choice for a M2.
