Yeah I daily mine rn lol no babying here. It's appropriately driven though. Always warmed up properly. Driven hard but never abused.

Congrats on the Porsche. Post a pic let's see the beauty!

I thought this way I can experience being a 911 owner and really enjoy the car and have room to mod it and make it my own rather than babying the M2CS since it’s so rare. I wish I could afford both but that’s not going to happen. Anyway if you are looking for one at great condition. It sits in a dealership in Newport Beach, CA for a little less than 89k, PM me or you can just search it online. So I guess that’s that. Maybe in the future an M2CS will be in my radar again. Thanks for all the inputs.
Every car guy should own a 911 at least once in their life. It's a must.
Personally, I think the M2CS is a more exclusive club.

Congrats - great car and 997 is the right place to be. That generation has a special feel that will match what the CS has. In my opinion, 991 and 992’s are objectively better but are strangely too perfect to be exciting unless you are really driving them hard.

Nice adjustment !! 911 ownership experience is just different altogether from their sponsored porsche local car meets to their fanbase. I enjoy driving mine more than the m2. The 911 is a sexy car and just out of random, some woman would say nice car on occasion at a gas station. I hope you’re ready for that. With the m2, it attracts mostly the fanboys. Nonetheless, congrats and post pix on the sweet ride or it didn’t happen.

Quick snap and edit after picking it up. What a day, stars aligned except for no free gas from the use car dealer and a bit of drizzle on my newly ceramic coated car.

Thank you for all types of comments and hope to see you guys around.

The M2 attracts men, mainly in their 20s. If you like to attract young men it’s a perfect car.

The 911 down here in Australia attracts mainly abuse. Usually the word wanker is used. Not at Lamborghini levels though. Drive one of those and you’ll probably get beer cans thrown at you.

Fascinating how different cultures appreciate different cars.

But I do like the 997. It was the last of the 911s for people that enjoy driving. I could one day see myself owning a 993. But I’d need a barn sized garage. Sadly, Sydney real estate prices don’t allow this very easily. You Americans are so lucky with house prices, and car prices as well.

True! But it’s the smaller ones that can kill you.
