Oil for track events

What oil and and weight are you guys using ? I have a M2competition with full bolt ons. Including mishimoto oil cooler.

Factory BMW LL 0W-40. I used it for 2 years worth of track days (8 days) with no issues. Just a top off after 6 TDs.

BMW Germany recommends drain interval of 2 years or 25,000km. I changed mine after 2 years and 16,000km.

I've just been using the oem BMW oil that the dealership uses. 50+ track days without issue and my car is always at maximum oil level - if the digital gauge is to be believed.
