Entire front end; bumper, hood, fenders, mirrors also the rocker panels and got rid of the factory rear quarters for enlarged ones with better coverage. All with XPEL Ultimate Plus, which is the best PPF on the market today. High clarity, self healing and great protection.

OK. Now that we know it's being handled, I don't feel bad asking a selfish question. Now where exactly is this OEM film? Curious as I plan on doing a full PPF and existing film on certain panels didn't even cross my mind.

These sit on the bulges of the rear fenders.

The guys at extreme colors replaced my rock guards categorically with an xpel type product after I left the PCD. Much less visible in general and equally protective if not more. Peel that existing shit off, polish the paint beneath and redo with xpel....on their dime

Looks like rail dust under the film which is odd as I imagine the film is installed at the factory. Remove film and Iron X the area and install new film.

Update, dealer pulled the plastic off and put new protective film on the fenders. They said it looks good. I should be getting it back today, I値l let you guys know how it looks. If it does this again I think I値l avoid the headache and get xpel or something along those lines done.

This. When I first started looking at M2s, I went to drive a AW 2016 at my local dealer. It had PPF on the rocker that I thought was aftermarket because it had yellowed and looked terrible. Turned out it was factory.
