I think the poster was insinuating that the M2 Comp may be detuned on paper only. We'll have to see what the dyno reads. I would not be surprised if it were the case that the S55 in the M2C makes similar power to a base M4 despite the specifications.
No water injection so at least is safe up to 430cv

M3/M4 CS does not have water injection either and make 460HP from the factory so M2 Comp can go up to the same power level safely assuming both the engine and cooling components are exactly the same.
