I have a problem on the ECUTEK so if anyone can help I would appreciate it
If you could reply to this thread then I will explain the problem (it’s a bit long winded)
Thanks all phil52

Litchfield ECUTEK

Hi D17 JLC
Thanks for getting back so quickly
The problem I’m having is that the m2c is going into Lim mode randomly I have checked on the ECUtek software and no faults show up but I have noticed on the OBD Readiness page I have got the Oxygen sensor as Not completed and the Oxygen sensor heater as Disabled
I have got onto Litchfield to ask if this is correct or should the heater be connected but I have had no reply ( not very good as I have spent almost 10k with them)
So what I am looking at is that if you can log on your ECUtek on your next outing and see if your oxygen sensor and oxygen sensor heater say any different then mine I would much appreciate it
Thanks a lot phil52

Hi Phil,
No problem - I'm not back home for 3 weeks but I'll check as soon as I'm back. I'll take a look and drop a screenshot on here for you.
I deal with Tom and I've always had a reply about anything - including technical queries. They are registered as master tuners on ECUTEK's site too so they certainly know what's what.
No matter how much you spend you should be taken care of - Ian owns the business so if I were you I would be asking to speak to him If you don't want to wait the 3 weeks to find out from me. I would definitely give them a call and ask to speak to him. Hopefully it's just been a matter of your message hasn't made it to the right person - but they are really good from my personal experience.
I'll be in touch soon.
Cheers,
Jonny.

Hi Jonny
Thanks for replying I have been dealing with Tom and he is usually very good
I will keep onto Lichfield because it’s quite dangerous if your in the outside lane and all of a sudden it goes into lim mode
If you could still look into it when you get back that would be great then I will know that what your ECUtek says mine should be the same
Thanks Phil

Hi Jonny
Update on the ECUtek went up to litchfield and they found the problem and sorted it inside 1 hour ( lambada sensor) they updated the bmw software and the ECUtek software which you can return the bhp to standard if required
Thanks for taking the time to reply

Phil52 I'm back on the 5th April - I'll still have a look at what mine is saying and report back to you what I have. That's worth knowing though. How many miles have you covered?
