What Exhaust is This?

I'm buying a pre-owned M2 CS from an out-of-state dealer. Up until recently I was told there was a Remus Sport cat back installed, but no other exhaust modifications. Now the deal is in the 11th hour I found out there is an aftermarket mid pipe installed too. I'm not someone who usually likes aftermarket exhausts, I'm good with lower / deeper sound, but I really don't want anything much louder than stock. So the mid pipe has me concerned, and I can't tell if there is a downpipe either, which I know I won't like after experiencing one on my old E90 M3.

So I had the SA at the dealer put the car on some lifts and take some pics. Does anyone know what has been installed aftermarket? Thanks in advance for your help.

The exhaust brace if AA should have active Autowerks on it. This brace comes with the midpipe because the factory brace won't clear

It is indeed an AA single midpipe with a Remus Sport cat back.

Thanks guys, I wish it was an EL resonated mid-pipe from AA. It's so hard to tell what it sounds like from videos, I'll have to wait to hear it. Hopefully it's epic.

The dealer said the valves on the Remus sport are always open. Is there a controller that allows modification of the valves under the different M modes? I don't think I'd like valves that are always open.

Dealer doesn't know what they are talking about. The factory valves are reused so they function the same as OE.
