Temps were 100% stable. Coolant was 210-215F, oil was 225-233F and IATs were around ~20-25F above ambient. I'm sure with a bigger IC I could bring the IATs down even more, but at least I wasn't getting any heat soak whatsoever (I believe the weather that day was around 70F, so this might change if it was hotter).

Yep! Can't go wrong with with apex for track work, I think they even have a newer forged series out now that's even lighter than the ones I bought a few years ago.
