Some warmer temperatures coming with a bit of rain. This morning was another frosty one.
Definitely nice to see some green starting to sprout! The magnolia tree is almost ready to open up and the maples have tiny red leaves. |

Another day, another freeze watch for tonight. If it turns into a warning, this will be the fourth night in a row.
Last night's low was 30 F, and today's high may make it to the mid-50's with mostly cloudy conditions. On the unwelcome side, the forecast for next Monday is for mid-80's F. Way too soon, IMHO.....
