Qi Wireless Charger Adapters

I really like my Apple phone case and I am considering adding a Qi Wireless charger adapter to my existing case.

UPDATE: reading a bit more, I decided against Qi adapters b/c it seems the lightning adapter is just too flimsy and others are so cheap they generate too much heat..

Does anyone have experience using this type of Qi charger?

Researching wireless charging he options appear to be
  1. Qi wireless case with extended battery, e.g. Mophie, Incipit
    • loss of lightning adapter port
    • wire charging uses micro USB
    • too bulky but good if you need the extended battery
  2. Qi wireless case, e.g. Mophie
    • loss of lightning adapter port
    • wire charging uses micro USB
  3. Qi wireless case, e.g. Spine
    • no loss of lightning adapter port
    • appears to use similar solution as this item
    • didn't want to buy a new case
  4. Qi wireless case adapter
    • inexpensive
    • no loss of lightning port
    • ribbon cable may break but back to first point, cheap

The Morphie with Qi and extra battery is awesome. It sucks you lose the adapter, but it's been a life saver for me when out in the field.

I use this one and so far I've had no issues with it.

Thanks that was the one I was re-searching for the other day for another poster. It was cheap and had a ton of positive review but the negative ones talked a lot about overheating.

How long have you been using it?
