No buyers remorse at all, I just want to know the whole story. I'm actually very lucky, the first owner complained about the brakes so it has new pads and rotors at all 4 corners, and the dealership that sold it has a new-tire policy, so I have new tires as well. Super happy with the car. |

You're doing all of this in hopes that the original owner kept the window sticker for some reason? Seems really odd.

Every car has a story. I'd like the story as well. Who was the owner? How did they drive the car? Why did they get rid of it with 9,000 miles on the clock? If you don't like stories, that's cool, but I do. And yeah, I'd like to have the window sticker.

But anyway, if I were the original owner of you car, I'd love to talk to you. I've always said that it would be great to know what happened to my car after I sold it. Where did it end up? Who owns it? Is it still on the road? Did it get totaled? Did it become a track car? Those sort of things. Hell, I'd love to know if my old Mustang is still on the road or not, but like just about everyone else, I have no idea what happened to the cars I used to own. I've actually thought about creating an app for that very purpose, but decided against it because of the time/effort/money required. I do see the VinWiki app and it's something along the lines of what I thought about doing, but not exactly. |

I have the original sticker, but I noticed 4 cosmetic changes (IND parts) and was curious why he got rid of it or if he traded in for M2C. |

I'm in the same boat. Purchased my 2017 used in February with 8900 miles. Looks like it was originally sold on the West Coast and it made its way to the East Coast where I am. Would love to know the story behind the 8900 miles she had on her when purchased.
I found the original window sticker in the trunk so lucked out there but that really does not tell the story. |

I had a beautiful E39 M5 that got totalled, and the guy that bought it/fixed it/listed it on eBay used one of my pictures without permission, so I got angry with him and his misrepresentation of the car. He got none of the records on the car. I still have all of that, ten years later, just in case, but I'll probably toss it soon. I suspect (based on Internet searches) that the car ended up overseas where they could wash the title.
