Yes, new NKG plugs looks terrible indeed.
Already made an appointment for swapping back to stock plugs and datalog in different maps.
I will keep updating.

I went to mechanic shop today. pulled all spark plugs out. found out they are gapped differently.
cyl 2,3,5 are 0.022''-0.021''
cyl 1,4,6 are 0.020''-0.021''

I guessed they are too cold for running 91octane.

We gapped up all of them to 0.028''
trying to make some logs but it seems new version of BM3 IOS is broken for now. false reading all the time.

Hope they can fix it asap.

I know fuel pressure crashed like mothertrucker!
It's not like I don't want to rev all the way to 7k rpm, I think throttle closed by itself at 5.5k ish. I left gas pedal as soon as I hear burbles(brrrrr) from exhaust. I assume no more fuel incoming.

You can move here

to kindly help me so that I don't have to multi post it when updating. Don't know how to tag people. sorry

Hello, I have an issue after installing the turbosmart bov
After every gearshift it drops a lot of boost
Maybe a dv valve malfunction?
What i could do? Remove the diverter valve again and check if it works with a 12v multimeter or maybe could be a boost leak?
Thanx

For sure, i have pureboost inlet pipe and eventuri intake
Previously installed
The only mistrake i did at the first time it was to reversed the wiring (the spine could be attached in both sides) but i've checked to the oem diverter with a multimeter and works in both sides... maybe i could have damaged the solenoid?

Not a fun place to be trust me I know

Check inlet where it attaches to turbo

Might have to backtrack to troubleshoot

Don’t be discouraged

.Good idea…
- Power on but do not start the engine
- Floor the throttle for 30-60 seconds
- Keep throttle to floor then power OFF
- Release the throttle and wait 2 minutes.
- During the 2 minutes you may feel or hear some mechanical sounds- Normal

That just does throttle - MHD (and I believe BM3) have options in the code puller screen to reset the adaptations to other parameters as well.

If the car isn't pulling any codes, and the DV is dumping boost while being properly hooked up - my guess is it's the learned behavior from the previously incorrect install, which is why I'm telling him to reset the adaptations.

I guess he got it fixed. I also had that fear that I plugged the DV the incorrect way.

Hello, I tryed another map and now look better, i think it's a map issue
Now i'm waiting next week to install the new turbo (lm550 from kotte) and i'll let you know
Pluggin the dv wire on the other side dosen't look to be an issue cause it works in both sides
