Hello everyone,

Thank you all for this amazing information source about our M2.

I recently bought a second hand M2 LCI (2017) from a stand (no contact with previous owner).

I noticed that the car is able to pass 26x KM/h easily so i am assuming the previous owner changed something in the tune. I mean, at least the top limiter was removed, right?

I would like to know if someone knows a way to determine which tune did the previous owner applied (example: BM3, MHD, etc.?)

Additionally, as far as I can tell, there was no hardware modifications done to the car, based on your experience what is your recommendation for a OTS tunes platform? Do you recommend one over the other and why?

I love performance but my preference goes to engine / exhaust sound which is my priority going forward.

I believe bmw offered a m drivers package of some sort which raised the top speed, I think only a bmw dealer could tell if it was tuned or not.
