The outgoing M2 kidney grille still looks good, but only if it's all black. If it has the stock chrome bezel it looks dated AF.

Love the rest of M2c front bumper, way more aggressive looking. The adaptive headlights look mega.

I think the Black wheels and CF parts really go well with SO.

I started SO and switched to HS.
Seeing the SO from Ascari with the M Performance carbon bits is really making me want to go back to SO. I’m going to get the car looking like the SO Ascari one (minus the stickers) whatever the colour I land with.
Off to look at a M140 at our local dealership that’s in SO tomorrow.

Hmm honestly looks towards copper in this light rather than a sporty orange.

I had hard time getting the camera to accurately match the color I saw with my eyes. The indoor lighting was also coming from multiple sources. I have seen this color about a dozen times, and I swear it's different every time. Lol

Orange stiching was nice but the wheel has the M 3 colors signature which mixed up badly in my opinion.

In the 1M they put a Alcantara steering wheel with the orange stiching.

In person, that color looked very common to a lot of people at the event

Stopped by my dealer today and saw two X1s (or X2s, didn't really pay attention to them) sitting side-by-side; although they looked completely different, both turned out to be Sunset Orange. The one on the left was completely in the shade of a tree while the one on the right was in full sunlight. What an amazing difference - so much so we thought for a minute that somehow these were different colors. The one in the shade looked dull, brownish, yuk. The one in the full sun looked ok. After initially planning on going this route, we've changed course now and are stuck with LBB.

Also it states "only in conjunction with rear spoiler carbon fiber flow through". Is that legit, will it really unbalance the aero without the big wing? Or is just some legal BS.

I never had an unbalance or issue with it. You honestly think the dealer has a clue... The dealer that had to fit mine did not even have a clue how to do it. I had to freaking tell the mechanic how to fit it in the workshop. I even assisted him...

Saw it today on 420d, even sun shines, it changes the colours in different angles, goes from shining orange over orange-red, from dusty to nearly brown-orange as it was passing among buildings in town.

Quite specific I would say and question of personal preference a lot and needs black wheels for sure (4er was with silver).
