Should work with no problems. You will lose the heat function on the wheel though.
They do sell the M Performance trim in the mat carbon to match the interior on the M2. |

Yes it will work on your M2.
You can order the Matte Carbon steering wheel trim separately to match the rest of the M2 interior. Photo with the center trim painted Long Beach Blue

I came from a CSL and just want a full alcantara wheel without too much frill and fuss such as shift lights etc. I've seen the M3/M4 one fitted in an M2, but it was a manual, just trying to be sure it will work with a DCT, however, research has shown that the wheel is the same either way, you have to take all the DCT parts, along with the airbag etc off the standard wheel anyway so should all be fine. |

But yes, the Manual and DCT wheels are identical - the difference is what you bolt to them and the associated loom. Last edited by M Fifty; 01-19-2019 at 07:13 AM.. Reason: More info. |

I can confirm that it fits, works, and is awesome!!! Didn't get a chance to take photos, will do sometime soon hopefully.
If you're not keen on the slightly fussy options specifically for the M2 then this is a highly recommended option! |
