The wing part looks shorter on original post

Just an update for u guys,
The mirror hisses at speeds above 60kph, or when accelerating hard on the left side

Not sure if its going to stay on now tbh, might suck it up and buy the oem retrofit kit when i find a seller

This is very disappointing to hear. Is it the shape of the mirror or the fitment causing it?

Fitment is fine, so i assume its the shape of the housing

Appreciate the update. Let us know if you find a solution. Now I'm unsure if I'll install mine.

I'd like to receive mine, try them out for myself, and also reserve judgment until there is a consensus that this is a problem.

I ordered and got mine late last week. I haven't had time to install (and not sure when I will, to be honest)...I'm also going to want to get them PPF'd and ceramic coated :|

Got mine and installed them today. Fitment is a little tricky, not going to lie. Fitting the housing required a second pair of hands.

All in all they look really solid. Definitely an OEM+ feel to them.

I don't notice any hissing or whistle at low speeds. At highway speeds the driver (US car) mirror occasionally has a whistle, but it's pretty faint.

The mirrors are very close distance wise on either side. Attached some photos to show all of this.

One word of caution: I had to pull my mirror glass out after assembling one as I forgot to reinstall the adjuster motor screw. be VERY careful not to scratch the inside of the mirror housing like I did. There's not much room for error.

bmxcamel. They do look good, thanks for the tips. I'm glad the gap appears to be the same, or close to it; on both sides. Mine just cleared customs in NY yesterday, so hopefully it won't be too long.

I bought a squeegee with a felt-covered end from xpel.

Here's a few more daylight shots. Overall pretty happy.
