Setting off car alarm with M Performance Exhaust

Recently, when I start the engine in track mode, I have triggered other car alarm in the vicinity Anyone observed this with their M2 equipped with M Performance exhaust?

Yep just did it the other day in a mall garage next to a 4Runner with the stock exhaust at cold start. I giggled out loud and my wife just rolled her eyes...

I set off any Maserati alarm with a cold start even when I'm not in track mode. No other car alarm is bothered by the sound.

My car alarm went off twice and both times were next to my buddy doing a cold start on his M2 with DINAN exhaust.

This actually happened to my own M2 today.

I turned on my 135i next to it and a couple seconds into the cold start my M2's alarm started blasting off.

Weird since the 135i has had its exhaust setup now for close to a month and had never triggered the M2 alarm.

M2's way of telling you the wrong car was being turned on...
