For appearance, sure.
We did not use aluminum sheet, thus the structural mass is different from the OEM's thin metal sheet and we can say that the 6061 T6 aluminum braces are stronger.

You are correct only if we have made the braces with the exact same shape and structural mass out of aluminum. However, you are looking at a product milled from a full 6061 T6 billet aluminum, which is completely different.

Forged carbon fiber is more ideal, but the investment and product costs will be much higher, I don't think people will want to pay $1000 for these in forged carbon fiber...

I really dislike the raised weld around the middle bolt, I think that should be milled off.

How does the front section fit into the corner pieces?
Thanks for the feedback, much appreciated.

We went with lines of the cutter tool to make it more aggressive and a bit futuristic.

I use the OEM bolts since the threads are long enough and I am able to torque the bolts to the ideal 25 NM.

The front section is tightened to the corner pieces by bolts and again torqued to 25 NM.

It's a huge investment and there's no point if BMW can offer them (although pricy) in the future as direct replacement.

I am pretty sure there will be few people willing to pay more than $1k for forged carbon ones, but if I can't get enough quantities, I'll lose a lot of money making the molds... It'd be different if I get a confirmed order of 100 sets or more

The logo actually says "HPP". This post also mentions the HPP strut (with two photos):

Can't find a single thing online about HPP.
