Got a call from Mountain View on Friday night saying that they've got allocation and my order is in. While I've had a few BMWs, this will be both my first new car and my first M car - just can't wait.

I'm also contemplating Euro delivery since I'm over in London later in the year for work.

Has anyone been able to select option "4LU Black High-gloss Trim with Pearl Chrome Accent"? I just got off the phone with my SA, he doesn't see it listed as an option in the system.

Does BMW ever move up production dates? We are looking at almost 6 months wait for delivery with some of these production dates.

I do, at least my dealer sheet, I haven't received an order confirmation back from BMW yet - my dealer is taking forever to get that info back to me for some reason.

edit: finally heard back! But all I got was text and not the build sheet. I asked him to send over the build sheet and I'll post it when I get it.

I *finally* heard back from my dealer so I can OFFICIALLY post here.

Confirmed allocation slot received on: June 19, 2018
Build Week: 33
Dealership name and/or Location: Kolon Motors, South Korea (BMW Military Sales)

edit: when my dealer put in the order he requested that my build week gets moved up and apparently he's gotten a confirmation that it's now 2nd week of July?? He said he would send me an updated sheet tomorrow so I'll get my new build week then...

1st slot as always, sent in deposit just waiting for build confirmation.

Bmw Military sales might have had an allocation that they swapped me into, that’s my guess...

My dealer told me they got none allocations this month, having earlier been told I was top of their list. While they are a smaller store, has anyone else ran into this? I'm not in a rush, honestly would prefer to get a car a little deeper in the production run, I was surprised.
