2018 BMW M2  [0.00]
Al, do you feel a bit of boost lag due to the larger density? From when I do a WOT it seems to take a split second to go into full boost, not sure if it's the DCT taking time to switch gears or due to the higher density

there's always turbo lag on a turbo motor, but after first gear, i don't notice it if I'm able to keep the engine in the power band. it's easier to keep it pinned in the sweet spot while spirited driving than in daily driving. if I'm motoring around town, i don't push it hard so the lag to me is insignificant

I think it also might be because of the GTS transmission tune I did, might need to compare to baseline

I don't mean to sound stupid but what is the advantage of changing the Charge Pipe as opposed to keeping it stock?

stock charge pipe is known to blow/crack, causing loss of boost

Yes it definitely works. Easily? it take a bit of finesse, but I got it without to much of a fight. An extra set of hands is definitely necessary.

what is the horsepower rating of this cooler? can it cope with a stage 3 top mount turbo running 600+?
