Where can you get this M2 diffuser ?

Was wondering where you can get this diffuser? Except from RW and Vorsteiner?

It's a copy of the vorstien one i think. "DTM splitter" it's usually titled as, i have one on mine.

How the heck did you manage to get it installed? I got my stock diffuser off pretty quickly but installing this VRS looks ridiculously complicated.
