M2 CS - Timeline for Allocation?

Anyone know when to expect dealer allocation for M2CS build in the US? I put down a deposit last year (I think I was 2nd or 3rd, so slim chance of getting on) but I believe I was told allocations would be completed in early 2020. So far, have not heard anything from my dealer or seen any announcement otherwise. Thanks.

U.S dealers should have allocation information assuming the one you put your deposit with is relatively volume dealer - allocations have been released for April and May.

Care to share more information about US allocations such as timing, number of allocations released, and breakdown by region of the country?

I can't speak on the U.S market but I know Toronto dealers already have April and May allocations and they (Canadian dealers) usually don't anything ahead of U.S dealers so if Canadian dealers have allocations/information, U.S. dealers should have them assuming it's not a small satellite dealer.

When the M2 Comp came out the Canadian market was able to get allocations months before the US customers.

I've had deposits on the CS since the L.A. auto show. They have slowly been rolling out the CS each month in all the countries before the US. I'm guessing based on what I've read here and seen BMW do in other countries they will likely put up the configuration tool on the website when actual US allocations go out. I haven't seen any confirmed US allocations nor has my dealer called me (2nd of 2 allocations). It would seem BMW is selling to the US last since it is the best market for the car so they want to dump the remaining allocations in the USA after other markets have had a shot.

On that note when they call me with an allocation I'll post here as I'm sure most others waiting patiently will as well.

That's a good point. You would figure the release of the configurator on the US website would coincide with the release of US allocations.

Where do you see the US configuration? I can't find it.

They haven't added the configuration tool to US websites yet.

My point was when they release the configurator, allocations will be available.

Just went to the Limited Edition section and I'm not seeing the M2 CS. What is going on?

My guess is that either A - the configurator is coming or B - the M2 is being shelved for a bit.
