Pagid RSL29 for M2C street use

I have tracked my M2C a few times with the OEM brake pads and they preformed fine on the track. I'm not pushing too hard and can't claim they are great track pads but they have worked for me so far. I was looking at going to Pagid RSL29 (yellow). I believe they will be better for the track, but does anyone have experience with how bad these will squeal if I keep them on for daily driving? My OEM pads already squeal part of the time and I have learned to live with it. Thank you.

If your tracking on street tires (PS4S, PSS etc.) and you are surviving on stock brakes, you could up to DS2500 which will have better heat resistance but are not a full track pad. I've never run RSL29's, but I have never encountered a proper track pad which isn't somewhat obnoxious on the street when cold.

I have them on my M2 and they won't squeal much within 1-2 days after the track day but afterwards they will get LOUD during normal street driving.

I ran them on my m235 for a summer and never swapped them out after the track because I didn't want to affect their bedding in. Loud brakes have never really bothered me.

Any true race pad will eat through rotors while cold though, so I order rotors through fcp euro so I only pay once.

I use RSL29's front & rear for track, my drive home is 45min in suburban traffic by which time they are squealing. Leaving them in I'd wake the dead every time I use the brakes under say 30kp/h.

The RSL29's are very easy to bed-in, I put them in a day before track and swap oem back in day after track, never had a problem.

I just ordered a set of dtc70s because they were on sale on tire rack. I run dtc60s in my e36 and like them so I figured I would give the 70s a shot

I leave the RSL29s in from around March until November, and put the OE pads on for the balance of the year. I’m on track every few weeks, so changing pads before and after each even would get to be a royal pain.

They are noisy outside the car but bearable inside. I’ve been learning to embrace it, especially the security guy at the parking gate for work recommending I get my brakes checked, or the panhandler at the end of the off ramp covering his ears as I roll up to the stop light. Good for a laugh...

If you need music to cover the squeal, I’ve found White Zombie to do the best of anything. Take that how you will as commentary on their music.
