These lucky asshats can't handle the torque. Let's hope M2 doesn't become the German mustang!

I went to my dealer today to drive the m2 they have on the showroom floor.
Damn that cars fun to drive! But I digress.
The BMW salesman told me it was indeed one of the BMW staff who crashed it.
No word on how though, presume he just got over zealous. It's a frisky little machine, if it was indeed wet or oily, easy thing to see him losing it being boy racer.

In Australia you sign a piece of paper and agree to pay a couple of thousand dollars insurance excess. And if $h!t happens you quietly leave the money and a lollypop in the car and leave...

I'm going with the cause being aero instability from the lack of ///M division mirrors.

Which dealer mate? Rushcutter ?
My dealer won't have a demo for months as all his cars are sold.

To contain the fluids from the wreck. They don't want oil and coolant spreading. That's my guess anyway.

I think it's very rude to crash an M2 when I can't even get my hands on one yet.

Saw that...it's Joe Achilles. Surprised he was driving like that considering he just picked it up and hadn't even scrubbed the tyres, plus it was wet.

That's probably absorbent for all of the spilled fluids. IF you've ever driven across the aftermath of a blown motor, you'd appreciate the need...Makes you wish you had all the traction of, say, ice.

My '93 LX, with 225hp/300tq was waaaaay more of a handful than today's most powerful M-car.

So yea....I doubt a Mustang driver would be overtaxed in an M2.

I predict the #1 cause for M2 crashes will be due to, "A loose nut behind the wheel" not tire pressure

I think the joke is that they don't learn to handle it. Hence all the crash memes.
