Lightbulb Quick Q is my Chargepipe located properly picture

Have no boost leak errors on DME codes or performance problems or weird noises.

You can see that there is a wedge shape between the end of the CP connector and the 'flange' area of the intake manifold area.

It seems to have come to rest in this position anyone else got similar or should I worry about it?

Thanks

As long as the c clip is fully locked in then yes it's normal. By design it has to have a bit of wiggle room. If you want to be thorough just push the charge pipe into the throttle as far as it'll go

no its not, it needs to be flush against the throttle body.

Not true. The instructions for all metal charge pipes say there will be a tiny gap to account for metal expansion. As long as the clip is properly seated in the TB slot and the pipe can't be pulled off it's fitting as intended.

Here's mine for reference. Clip is all the way and small gap present for expansion.

Looks good to me.

Like others have said if the C-clip is fully seated that is perfect as the small gap is just for wiggle room and the O-ring inside is responsible for doing the sealing.

Thanks guys, I'm not going to touch it then. My garage aren't muppets and will have clipped it in properly when installing it, just wasn't sure if it had moved and should be flush.

Car is in rude health
