M2C Wheel Fitment Question

Hi All

New to the group, I just bought a '20 M2C (sunset orange). I am looking for an extra set of track day wheels. I am exploring the Apex group buy and the rear wheel choices don't include a +40 option, it ends at +25. I sent a mail to Apex asking why the fitment ends at +25 when all F87 rears are +40 (per Bimmertips).

But my question to the hivemind here is what is best to do here? do I put a 15mm spacer and call it good? Do I keep looking for the exact wheel specs?

Thanks for taking time out to help educate me here!!

replying to my own post here as i got a great response from Apex.

"Thanks for reaching out with your question about this Group Buy. We don't have a rear fitment that mirrors the factory width and offset, but if you are looking for an option designed specifically for the M2, I would recommend the following staggered setup:

Front: 19x9.5" ET28 // Rear: 19x10.5" ET45

Popular fitment
5mm front spacers may be required with certain aftermarket suspensions that reduce inner clearance. 19x9.5" ET22 front wheels can be used to avoid running spacers due to its superior inner clearance with negative camber dialed in.

These are BMW spec wheels that we designed specifically for the M2 Competition.

More details on this staggered fitment including tire size recommendations can be found on our fitment guide here: https://support.apexraceparts.com/hc...-Fitment-Guide "

I don't see a group buy currently for 19" APEX wheels, unless you're referring to the 18"

With the M2C, 18"s are possible, but you'll need to change out your brakes as they're too large and won't be able to clear.

15mm spacer would make that +10, not +40.

These are currently available for M2C groupbuy:

15mm spacer takes +40 offset to +25 offset, not 10.

SM-10 are available in both 18 and 19 for the group buy. Here is my config.

Ahhh. Thanks for the clarification. I'm hoping they do the group by again for the 19" EC-7's. I personally like them better than the SM-10's.
