Hi, new to this forum, i have a problem and if somebody could give me an advice what to do it would be great because l lost any hope.
So, i ordered in 2022 from baum-bmwshop24.de an m performance HAS and it was installed this year march by a non bmw workshop. After 5000 km it started to make weird noises so the same workshop took it out and they told me that the front left coilover is clucking so i wrote an email for the baum-bmwshop24 and they answered that i don't have any warranty if the has kit was not installed by an authorized bmw workshop.... so i payd 2000 euros for it, and it lasted half year. What can i do in this case???

Unfortunately the shop is right, something that a lot of people misunderstand about the HAS kit. You could try reaching out to BMW but it’s very unlikely they’ll do anything.
