Question about Uneven coilover perches, to get even ride height

So this is a bit of an odd question but why do I have to crank the passenger side way up to get even ride height?
Car is 21 m2c
Empty car (no passengers)
Kw v3
Millway street camber plates
Factory top spring bushings in both sides

This is the second set of coilovers that I've installed and both had same issue.

The passenger side front spring perch needed to be set about 1/2inch (15mm) higher then the drivers side.

Both sides seemed to seat the whole way down on the strut mount.. and it would have to set "to low" in the seat for me to raise that side.

I'll try to dive back in again tomorrow, but I'm a bit stamp so any advice would be greatly appreciated. I'll post pics tomorrow also.

Thanks

Because each corner has a different amount of weight on it. It's just the nature of street cars

The thing is, both sets of used coilovers came off another M2.. both sets, were set mostly to at least even hide heights. But both on my car were 15mm lower one the front passenger corner. I put the factory back in and the car is even. 6 times now on then off. I'm really getting good at how fast I can do the suspension.. but can't find my problem. The lower suspension (now kw v3) has a clunk at that corner. That isn't there when I put factory suspension back on also.

As you've got the hang of suspension swaps now, what happens if you swap the them side to side?

I'm sorry but what do you mean "them" ?
The camber plates are side specific, but I could try to swap the shock and spring..
I'm honestly totally lost why this is, happening, where to look or what to do. I think I might just order lowering springs for the factory suspension and cross my fingers. Really upset the KWV3 with millways is what I want to run.

The front struts - and springs.

But, if it's possible to set them so that the car sits level - even though the perches are at different heights - why wouldn't you run them?

The perches don't need to be exactly at the same level, that's why they are adjustable. If you're really concerned, get some adjustable endlinks and have the car corner balanced. Don't worry about where the hardware lands in its adjustment range, what matters is the evenness of the car's body and weight distribution in the end.

So, I appreciate this. And yes I can basically max out the height on the passenger front and get to 595mm . That spring perch is 15mm's different tho with no answer of why, and there is also a significant chunk. To be off by a couple mm's is one thing but 3 quarters of an inch is way way out of line.
I haven't found or herd one plausible reason why this could be.. thats the biggest troubling part. Factory suspension is symmetrical.. why would an aftermarket that is way asymmetrical be acceptable?

Well, like I suggested - swap one side to the other and see what happens.

Start with just swapping the springs (although, you could just try substituting the stock springs to see if there's any difference too)

Just installed ohlins r&t and had same experience front and rear passenger had to be set around 10mm lower. Luckily doesn't effect preload in front on Ohlins. Also installed sway bar links so guess it will get all sorted when i get in corner balanced

I've just installed brand new MPS coilovers in a 2021 m2 (uncrashed).

To be even:
Right front is around 15mm higher on the thread.
Left rear is around 5mm higher than right rear in the thread.

Car was perfect on stock suspension.
I'm starting to think it's normal

I've adjusted the hell out of it.. Ive also noticed that 10mm difference on thread nobly only translate to around 3 mm in fender height. I'm lost

Ok.. I think I figured it out..
It's because the front right side is 90lbs heavier than left.
