CEL on Day 2 of Ownership
Anyone get CEL issues early on in ownership? I turned my car on for the 3rd time since I drove it off the lot and this evening received a CEL. I let the engine warm up, turned it off, walked out, locked my door, then tried again, but same issue.

Most of the time a CEL is caused by a loose or missing gas cap. Check to see if your gas cap is looose.

Went to the dealership and they saw a misfire in one of the cylinder, said could either be a software glitch or hardware related. I don't care...if there is a fault in the engine they can replace it CEL never came back on and now the engine is running real strong |

Yes, I ended up checking the gas cap, was tightly on when checked.
Went to the dealer this morning, and they automatically put me in a loaner car and couldn't give me an estimate on how long the check will take... |

Just an FYI, but the gas cap CEL doesn't clear itself instantly. It takes a few start/stop cycles to clear out.
