Has anyone purchased these GTS lights?

I can't seem to find anything on youtube about them, but I found them on bimmerplug. I believe there are also some Chinese Ali express ones but again I have yet to see videos of ownership.

Interesting find. I'm a bit torn on the turn signals because of the individual style LEDs but the overall design looks cool.

I ordered these and waiting for them to ship currently. I had been looking for someone to make these for some time so jumped on this immediately after finding them. I went with the red and this will be going on my AW OG M2. Will post pics in this thread after they come in and I get them on.

Part of my order completed today (sequential mirror turn signals) and contacted Bimmer Plug about an ECD for shipping and was told they were not in stock currently and would take about another 2-3 weeks to fulfill. these GTS lights are super played out on the m3/4 platform so I would have my reservation. They are sure cool and maybe will look nice on the m2 - and before everyone gets em.

Please don't order these from Bimmerplug. They are charging $999 for what costs $560 from the direct source, and they're not even in stock. Kind of a scummy practice and it's surprising so many people fall for it. You are essentially paying double for Bimmerplug to order them from AliExpress, wait a month to get them, then ship them to you from Cali. At this point if you've ordered from Bimmerplug I would cancel and go direct from China, as they're not in stock at either place. I spoke with the manufacturer and he said they do them in batches once a month, we just missed last month's batch so these will be made and shipped in 3-4 weeks. Probably end up getting them sooner if you cut out Bimmerplug as the middle man.

I have an order for the Smoke B. Super excited as I've been waiting over a year for the 2-series version to be released.

Wait, people are removing real OEM BMW lighting in favor of stuff from AliExpress?

Did I time travel back to 2001? Does underglow come with? Is this to score street cred or get a trophy at Hot Import Nights?

Things change. Things stay the same. I mocked ice daddy Alteeza tail lights in 2001, and here we are 20+ years later.

And it ain’t an age thing. Plenty of guys in their 20s know tacky when they see it. The parking lot pimps and dyno sheet crowds are clearly alive and well too.

That would be an even dumber move than the eBay tail lights. May be best for the safety and well being of your car though.

If they were $1500, identical to the real GTS lights, and the same German quality, I'd buy them, as I feel like the taillights on the M2 are a big let down.

If not, skip it.

The design of those tail lights is so awful ^^ It looks early 2000 car mods on hondas.
