I have since moved onto a MAD C/P, because I was chasing down an issue that apparently wasn't boost leak related.

Anyone have advice on where the turner logo (closer to the throttle body) should be facing? And how much of the silicon should be over the metal charge pipe?

Return it and get the ER. Do it right the 1st time so you don’t have to worry about it later.
